Pricing FAQ

Is the API free during the pilot?
Yes. Pilot users get 10,000 API calls per month and a 60 requests/minute rate limit at no cost. No credit card is required to sign up.
What happens when the pilot ends?
We will email pilot users before introducing paid tiers so you can continue using the service without interruption. Free-tier limits at that point will be communicated in advance.
How are paid tiers priced?
Paid tiers (Tier 1 Starter, Tier 2 Professional, Tier 3 Enterprise) are billed monthly in EUR with included monthly call volume plus tier-specific overage rates. Exact pricing is shown on this page when paid tiers are enabled.
Do you charge for failed API requests?
Only successful (HTTP 2xx) responses from the address-normalization service are counted toward your monthly volume. Authentication failures, rate-limit responses, and gateway errors are not billed.
Can I get a custom quote for high-volume usage?
Yes. Tier 3 Enterprise plans support custom monthly volume, dedicated rate limits, and batch processing as a custom engagement. Contact us via the dashboard once you have signed up.
Do you offer a free trial of the paid tiers?
Paid tiers include a 14-day free trial. The trial period gives full access to the tier you choose; you can downgrade at any time during the trial without charge.
